Made of heavy duty vegetable tanned leather with a floral sheepskin overlay.
Main part of the collar is 31 1/2”. The tug straps are adjustable 10-13 1/2”. Lots of room to punch holes to make the tugs shorter if needed. I can custom make longer tug straps if needed.
